Wireless Support Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 12, 2025

Wireless Support (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to wirelesssupport.com, our online store, and any services we provide to business customers, including device provisioning, management, and support. If you use our site or services, you agree to this Policy.

1) Who we are

Wireless Support helps businesses deploy, protect, and manage mobile devices, optimize wireless spend, and keep teams connected. We serve small and mid-sized businesses, Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), and field service companies.

2) Information we collect

We collect information in three ways: you give it to us, it happens automatically when you use our site, or we receive it from a business customer or partner so we can provide services.

a) Information you provide
  • Contact details: name, email, phone, company, shipping/billing address.
  • Account information: usernames and preferences.
  • Order and support information: purchases, RMAs, repairs, help-desk tickets.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment providers (we do not store raw card data).
  • Forms/agreements for device rental, replacement, or MDM enrollment.
b) Information we collect automatically
  • Log and device data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referral URLs, timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar tech: keep you signed in, remember cart items, measure performance.
  • Aggregated analytics used to improve content and usability.
c) Information we process for business customers (MDM & device programs)
  • Device identifiers (IMEI, serial), device settings, installed apps, compliance status.
  • Location data if enabled by the customer for fleet or lost-device workflows.
  • User assignment (which employee uses which device) and diagnostics for repairs/security.
  • When providing these services we act as a service provider/processor and follow the customer’s instructions.

3) How we use information

  • Provide, secure, and improve services: orders, shipping, repairs/replacements, MDM enrollment, policy enforcement, and support.
  • Authenticate and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
  • Communicate about orders, device status, billing, renewals, service updates, and support.
  • Personalize and improve the website and store experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Text Messages: With your consent, we may send SMS messages (e.g., order updates or marketing). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4) Lawful bases (where required)

Where applicable (e.g., EEA/UK), we rely on contract, legitimate interests (site security, service improvement), consent (where required, like certain cookies), and legal obligations.

5) Payments and e-commerce

Our online store is hosted on a reputable e-commerce platform and uses third-party payment processors to handle card payments. Those providers receive your payment details directly and use industry-standard security and PCI-DSS controls. We keep order records necessary for accounting, tax, warranty, and support.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes certain personal information (checkout details, payment tokenization, fraud screening) as our service provider and may set cookies to enable storefront, checkout, analytics, and performance. See Shopify’s privacy and cookies materials for more detail.

6) How we share information

  • Service providers: e-commerce hosting, payment processing, shipping/logistics, email/SMS tools, analytics, customer support, cloud hosting, and MDM/EMM platforms.
  • Carriers, partners, & OEM programs: when activating, provisioning, repairing, or replacing devices we may share necessary device/account details with carriers, OEMs, repair or warranty partners.
  • Business customers: if your device is managed under a company program, certain information is shared with your employer consistent with its policies.
  • Legal & safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, or prevent fraud.
  • Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (we’ll take steps to protect data and notify you where required).

7) Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use essential cookies for site operation and additional cookies for analytics and performance. We do not use MDM data for advertising. You can opt out of non-essential cookies via your browser or site controls. Where legally required, we treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of certain data sharing or targeted advertising.

8) Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses or “sales/shares.” To submit a request, use the contact method on our Contact page or any privacy request links we provide. If your device is managed by your employer, contact your employer first; we act on their instructions. We will verify identity and respond within the timeframe required by law. You may also designate an authorized agent where allowed.

9) Data we process for business customers (processor notice)

For enterprise services (MDM, kitting, expense management), we process personal information as a service provider under a written agreement and follow the customer’s instructions regarding collection, use, retention, deletion, and disclosures to sub-processors. If you are an employee or contractor of one of our customers, your privacy rights are primarily governed by your company’s policies. We assist customers in fulfilling verified requests they forward to us.

10) International transfers

We are based in the United States and may process information here and in other countries where our providers operate. When required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) for transfers from regions with specific rules (EEA/UK).

11) Children’s privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 15, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

12) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect personal information, including TLS for data in transit, access controls, multi-factor authentication for internal systems where available, least-privilege access, and employee training. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we work to improve protections over time.

13) Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the described purposes, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Examples:

  • Order, invoice, and support records: retained for tax, accounting, warranty, and fraud-prevention purposes.
  • Device/MDM records: retained for the life of the program and a reasonable period after termination for audits, chargebacks, or troubleshooting, then deleted or de-identified per contract or policy.

14) State and regional notices (United States)

If you live in a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (e.g., California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia), you may have additional rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain sharing. We do not knowingly “sell” personal information as defined by many laws, but if analytics or cookies create a “sale/share,” you can opt out via site controls or by contacting us. Nevada residents may submit a verified request to opt out of the sale of covered information (we do not currently sell such information).

15) Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are their own. Review their policies before sharing information with them.

16) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in practices, technology, or legal requirements. We’ll post the updated date at the top and provide additional notice where required.

17) How to contact us

General and privacy questions: Use the contact method listed on our Contact page at wirelesssupport.com so we can route your request correctly.

Enterprise/MDM users: If your device is managed by your employer, please contact your employer first and they can coordinate requests with us.
